'You cannot build a better body without proper nutrition'

 

This is a statement you must remember throughout the duration of the Muscle Plan. Failure to adapt a new, cleaner, healthier and more structured nutrition plan will only hinder results. Very few people are actually aware of the basic fundamentals of nutrition, yet it will account for as much as 80% of the success with the program. You cannot build muscles just by weight training and you cannot burn body fat just by jogging. Nutrition plays a bigger part they you may have thought!


Consistency and Structure is the key here. In order for your body transformation to be successful you must continue to stimulate not only your muscles via exercises, but your metabolism via nutrition. All trainees will be required to consume 5-6 smaller sized snacks meals daily combining only the foods in our recommended food lists.


Each and every meal will include a serving of Protein. In the first five meals you will also consume a serving of carbohydrates, leaving your final meal of the day--Protein only.
